Public Exhibition

An Annual Tradition

Our flagship public exhibition is held once every year, usually in Jurong. The exhibition comprises multiple booths, and we train volunteers to man the booths. We strive to reach out to as many members of the public as possible, through word-of-mouth, social media, flyers etc.

Our Booths

Each booth was crafted with a specific purpose in mind, but the ultimate goal was to increase the public's awareness on end-of-life care options.

01

Questionnaire Booth

Participants answered questions adopted from AIC's Advanced Care Planning (ACP) booklet by voting with coloured balls.

02

Spin the Wheel Booth

Participants spin the wheel and answer a question that tests their knowledge on palliative care or that encourages self-reflection.

03

Life Letters Booth

Participants choose from a variety of postcards to write letters for themselves or their loved ones, which will we then mail out on their behalf.

04

Let's Talk Booth

Participants answer questions that they picked out from a stack of thought-provoking questions regarding palliative care, end-of-life care and their life thus far.

Scavenger Hunt

Trained volunteers ask participants questions regarding palliative care and end-of-life care, then supplement their answers to ensure they leave with concrete takeaways.
